Is this the right program for me?
If you're ready to claim your pleasure, discover your body and wake up your sexual confidence - then yes!
These are the foundational and essential tools that anybody can do regularly to keep their sexual health and desire alive.
How much time will this course take per week
For practices: anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours per week - depending on how often and how committed you are to the practices.
The more that you show up and do practices, the better results you'll get.
Live Coaching sessions will be 2 hours long (recorded if you can't make it)
Live Guided Practice sessions are 1.5 hours long (for intro, practice and optional Q+A and sharing, time permitting)
In life, I believe that we make time for what’s important to us. Making time for these practices will change the way your relate to sex, life, love, and yourself for the rest of your life. It’s worth the investment of your time to create this change for yourself.
Can you give examples of the practices?
Practices will look like:
Breast Massage Dearmoring Sensual Breathwork Cycling sexual energy through your body for full bodied orgasms No prior experience with these practices are needed.
I’ll have demo videos and guided audios to help you every step of the way.
What materials do I need for the course?
You'll need a glass or crystal dildo to do healing practices and skin friendly oil (coconut, almond, jojoba, etc.)
When you join, I'll send out a list of recommended toys for you.
I have experienced sexual trauma, is this course safe for me to take?
Though I’m not a trauma specialist, my experiences and my training are trauma informed and aware. This work is safe if you’ve done some work with a professional around your trauma before.
If you’ve experienced acute sexual trauma in your past, I recommend seeing a trauma specialist who practices somatic experiencing.
If you’re not sure where you are on this, you can email me at theannnguyen@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram (@theannnguyen) and we can chat.
The most important thing to me is that you get the care that you need.
If this isn't the right thing for you, I'll refer you to other resources or colleagues so that you stay supported in your journey <3 data-preserve-html-node="true"
What if I can't make the call times?
All calls will be recorded so if you miss them - no problem.
You'll also have the chance to submit questions before the live calls that I'll answer during the Q+A so when you watch the replay you'll have your question answered.
can you tell me about your background and what got you here?
Of course :) You can read my full story (the personal and the professional one) here.
I am scared to do this in a group, it feels edgy!
One of my mentors said it best: “Shame happens in isolation”. So many of our worries about our sex and love lives feel magnified because we tell ourselves we must be the only ones experiencing it. Discovering this as a group will not only help you shed that shame - but also get so much additional support and love that’s needed for lasting transformation to occur.
In addition, so many of our wounds around sexuality have to do with other women. Our sexual identity is tied to who we are as a woman and our relationships with other women. Doing this work with a group of women who are loving, accepting, supportive, and empowering will vastly change how you’re able to take this work into your day to day life.
Through our group calls, you’ll likely also learn so much more because some people might ask questions you haven’t thought of!
I'm afraid I won't have enough time, or I can't make some of the dates
No problem! You’ll have access to this course and all subsequent updates for forever.
What is your refund policy?
This is a human first business. The results in this program are not guaranteed and will vary based on where you begin and your level of committment. Thus we do not refund, however, we are a very human and heart-centered company, should any instances of harm or an unexpected life event occcur, there is always flexibility and processes for accountability and repair (including money, if that feels within the scope of the situation.)
Is this course for all genders and orientations?
The School of Superpleasure is for pussy-bodied women and femmes. This is because our practices and the course material are guided through exploring the with vulva and are geared towards people who desire to heal from the negative conditioning that mainstream society has projected onto the cis-woman identity.
I support the LGBTQIA+ community wholeheartedly, and I think it’s important to name the limitations based on my lived experience as a cis-het woman of what I feel I can hold safely & in integrity. I care most about all people getting the care they need, from those who are qualified to hold them.
At this point in my journey, I’m learning a lot - and yet learning will not (& will never) make me an expert to hold experiences which I haven’t lived and embodied.
If you’re queer and feel ok learning from me knowing this perspective and context - feel free to message me and we can decide if it feels like a safe enough space for you to come along :)
I am continuing to invest in my education and hope to open doors to non-binary people in the near future.
If instead you’d like to work with someone directly who’s queer, here are LGBTQIA+ sex coaches /sex educators / therapists I recommend: https://www.instagram.com/che.che.luna/ https://www.instagram.com/alexjenny_/ https://www.instagram.com/pusssywitch/ https://www.instagram.com/erotic.earth.embodiment/ https://www.instagram.com/jimanekia/ https://www.instagram.com/tiffany.landry/ https://www.instagram.com/itsbeexox/
